Shop policies  

I hope to answer some of the more common questions in this section. This is not an exhaustive list, so please do contact me if required.

Orders and delivery 

I aim to dispatch jewellery orders within 2-3 working days. This time does vary depending on whether I already have a piece in stock, in which case I will dispatch the next working day.

Please do note that if you have requested a variation on one of my pieces, it will take longer than the time advertised above. I will, however, keep in touch with you and agree a timescale to suit your requirements.

UK deliveries are free and dispatched by 1st class mail. I charge a flat rate of  £10.00 for international orders. 

Returns policy

I hope you love your jewellery. I do offer refunds should you be unhappy. All I ask is that you inform me within 14 days of receiving your jewellery and return it unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it. This policy does not apply to bespoke and customised pieces. Please also note that, for hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns of earrings. I will however accept returns should the earrings be faulty. 

Return postage must be paid for by the customer and a refund will be made within five days of receipt of the returned goods. 



All jewellery priced over £20 will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper in a grey kraft box with my logo.


Anything under £20 will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper.
